Had a great Christmas experience at this hotel. Loved that the hotel offered breakfast and had kitchens in the rooms which allowed us to cook our own meals. , the pool was a nice touch and we enjoyed cooling off in it. the location was perfect given its proximity to the town and the picturesque surrounding mountains.

The music during the holidays was too loud which was a bit unpleasant. , the Wi-Fi connection was poor, making it difficult to stay connected to friends and family back home.

The tropical garden full of palms and the lagoon-like pool were absolutely stunning. The kitchen in our room allowed us to cook when we wanted to, and the bathroom felt luxurious. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.
